About the old surname list
The former site contains hundreds of surname/researcher entries, but many contact addresses date from the early web era. Rather than publish a wall of likely-dead personal email addresses on a brand-new site, the old registry remains available as a legacy resource while a cleaner migration is planned.
A future Accomack query/surname system can be tied into the same Lower Delmarva tools used by the Maryland county sites.
